Lead Loop Carolina is a Charlotte, NC business that sets up missed-call text-back, quote follow-ups, review requests and lead logs for HVAC, plumbing and contractor businesses. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, including through:

• Facebook and Instagram lead forms. These forms are run by Meta. When you submit one, Meta shares your answers with us.
• Our website's contact and booking forms.
• Email, phone calls and text messages you send us.

This can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, your trade (for example HVAC, plumbing or roofing), the best time to call you, and anything you write in a message.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the visit. These help keep the site working and secure.
• Cookies and ad measurement. We may use the Meta Pixel and similar cookies or tools to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later visited our site or booked a call. Meta may use this information as described in its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences (in Settings, under Accounts Center). Blocking cookies won't stop you from using our site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your questions and requests
• schedule and hold calls with you
• provide our services if you become a client
• send follow-ups you asked for, such as call reminders or information about our services
• understand which ads and pages work, so we can improve them

Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for help. You can also email us at [email protected].

Mobile opt-in information and your consent to receive texts are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Email

You can stop getting marketing emails from us at any time. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, or write to [email protected]. We may still send emails you need about a call you booked or services you've bought.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Cloudflare (website hosting), and GoHighLevel (our CRM) along with our texting and phone provider. They may only use it to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
• If our business changes hands, for example in a merger or sale. Any new owner would have to respect this policy.

Data we handle for our clients

When we set up and run systems for a client business, we may handle information about that business's own customers, such as callers, texts, quote requests and review requests. We handle that information on the client's behalf and follow the client's instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, the client's own privacy policy applies, and you should contact that business with questions or requests.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as following up with you, serving you as a client, or keeping business and tax records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as access controls and two-factor login on our accounts. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first.
